Creative Cloud ne s'ouvre pas

Bonjour,

 

Mon appli de bureau Creative cloud ne s'ouvre pas. La roue de progression tourne indéfiniment, je relance mais cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai redémarré mon PC, désinstaller les applis, utiliser l'outil uninstaller etc... bref ! J'ai essayé toutes les solutions trouvées sur le site d'Adobe, rien à faire, le problème dure depuis plusieurs jours et je ne peux pas réinstal

Hi @Laury31522441ykkj

We investigated the logs and looks like proxy is configured on this machine. Can you please check if any hidden proxy are present or not on this machine by running the following command on command prompt:
netsh winhttp show proxy

Please share the screenshot of the output of the above command. And also share the screenshot of the LAN settings in Internet options and Proxy settings in Network & Internet settings.
