creative cloud not syncing on Mac Tahoe 26.1 after doing all updates and adding permissions and removing and reinstalling nothing is working for me. I even swapped to a windows 11 laptop still stuck

When I sign into my account and try to download any of the apps for my desktop in this case, my laptop, the MacBook it says it cannot sync because of privacy and permissions. I went into my settings to allow Adobe to have all the permissions. It needs to do the download and it wouldn’t download it. I even installed the cleanup tool to remove Adobe from my MacBook and then re-downloaded Adobe back on my MacBook and it still wouldn’t download after effects. My MacBook is pretty old and it probably doesn’t have enough ram, but I’m just trying to download after effects to check on a project I did at school on my personal laptop. Hopefully that makes sense.
