Creative Cloud showing duplicate of notifications in wrong language

I'm having a strange problem that I can't really figure out. I know Creative Cloud sends notifications on mac to invite us to try out Substance 3D. Recently however, some of those notifications come in both my defined language (french) and what I figured out was finnish.

The notification seems to be authentic and leads to the Creative Cloud's Substance 3D page when clicked. The problem is I can't figure out how to have it stop.

For information, I'm running CC app 510.0.573 on Mac OS 12.6.

I've also attached a screenshot showing both the french notifications at the bottom and the finnish one on top. As you can see, the notification is shown at the same time as the french one.

Any one else having a similar problem and found a solution?
