Creative cloud stuck in loading

Hello
I've been having this classic glitch where creative cloud simply won't load.
i've tried everything from the FAQ, and the cleaning tool.
i've tried updating my visual C++ thing (currently on latest windows)
also did download an older version of creative cloud.
i don't know what to do now.
