Critical Issues/Bugs Affecting Daily Workflow

I am currently facing two major issues that are significantly impacting my day-to-day work:

Issue 1: Application Freezes While Resizing Images

Whenever I import an image and attempt to resize it, the software becomes unresponsive and freezes completely. The only way to recover is to force-close the application using Task Manager (End Task). This issue occurs consistently and disrupts my workflow.

Issue 2: Incorrect Illustrator File Updates in InDesign

I created a diagram in Adobe Illustrator and imported it into Adobe InDesign. The initial import works correctly. However, after making modifications to the Illustrator file, InDesign does not update the graphic properly. Instead, it displays both the previous version and the modified version of the diagram overlapped on top of each other.

Additionally, when I export the InDesign document to PDF, both versions of the diagram are still visible in the exported file, resulting in incorrect output.

Impact

Both of these issues are critical and are negatively affecting my productivity and daily work. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these problems and provide a solution at the earliest possible opportunity.

Please let me know if any additional information or files are required for troubleshooting.
(In the attached image in the Illustrator file there is only one cloud icon but then I moved cloud slightly to the right, the save the file and update or import it again same problem occurs and show overlapping icons)
