Erro 214 ao tentar instalar a Creative Cloud

Ao realizar a instalação do Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, o processo é interrompido devido a um erro nos arquivos baixados, apresentando o código de erro 214. Gostaria de orientações sobre como proceder para corrigir o problema e concluir a instalação com sucesso.

that's a lot so you may want to skip to the more involved but sure-to-work solution.  but doing all that is known to fail if computer restarts aren't done at the correct time so you might want to try a less extreme measure which duplicates some of those steps.

I have already performed the following procedures, without success:

- Running the installer as an administrator
- Temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall
- Complete cleaning of Adobe residues (Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool)
- Cleaning local and user folders (AppData, Program Files, OOBE)
- Network reset (flush DNS and winsock)

did you use the cc cleaner?

Unfortunately, I cannot perform these steps because Creative Cloud has already been uninstalled.
