Futura PT fonts will not load in Creative Cloud (Error: Unable to install fonts)

FUTURA PT fonts will not install. Futura font was working ok few days ago, but not anymore. 

 

What is going on??

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails to fix the problem, restart your computer.
