Help needed, My Adobe account is unable to connect to servers

Hello to beautiful community members

 

I need help with my issue, I am having issues with my Adobe CC account

 

It keeps loading and after a while it says unable to load plans, I am unabe to use adobe generative tools or any other tools which requires connection to the servers. Already checked the host files cleared those and gave access to firewall, but still nothing, can't even use the firefly..

 

Does anyone have any fix for this issue or do I need to reinstall the windows ?

use a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know since when have you been seeing this issue? Did you recently install any application? 

 

Try reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app using the cleanner tool- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/prepare-to-run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html, and after that reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
