I can't use any adobe apps because of the error code 12013

Good morning

 

every time we inizialize applications with ACC desktop a window with error code 12013 appears. I'm using the gosplit service sharing the adobe license from another user.

i'm on macbook pro with ios ventura 13.4.1

who's "we"?  eg, do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?
