I cannot uninstall this software.

I have deleted every single app that 'requires' Creative Cloud.

Yet your program continues to tell me I have apps that 'require' Creative Cloud.

 

I don't even have a Creative Cloud account to log in with. I'm sick of seeing the software running in the background, and how you guys force me to open the window to exit the program.

 

It is deceptive to not give me a simple option to uninstall your software. A company of your stature should have issues like this taken care of. This is just obviously keeping your software installed on peoples PCs.

 

I don't see myself using your products as a go-to in the future if this is how things are.

 

I would like a solution to uninstalling your software, other than spending the next two days getting my PC ready to factory reset.

contact adobe support via chat.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Good afternoon:

I am having a similar issue. My files were corrupted. I uninstalled using the uninstall tool It uninstalled with errors. I ran the cleaner. It said it uninstalled everything. When I try to reinstall the CC app and Acrobat Pro, I can download, but when I try to install...nothing. When I install as admin, it asks for permission to make changes to my drive..then nothing. I have tried this 3-4 times. This is an urgent matter. Thank you.

after using the uninstaller, use the cleaner per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Hi @Skata100 , can you try the uninstaller on https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html and see if that works?
