Illustrator DL error

Hello, 

I tried to DL adobe illustration free trial for 7 days today but it did not show up on my creative cloud page, but when i tried again i was told i already own it. I think something went wrong during dowload or install.

As I think I don't need to use this app now, i want to cancel the trial plan now. But, I cannot cancel it because it is not shown on my account. I was wondering if I will be charged if i cannot do something about. Could you help me to figure out how I should do not to get charged?
