lag when opening file explorer for the first time in all software

as usual, when using adobe, we need to open, save, save as, which … open windows file manager, which as usual as before, never been an issue, a window pops, i can interact with it. click save/open/import whatever..
but when 2025 version came up. this always been a hassle, i gotta wait 3 friggin minutes! to be able to interact with popped win. file manager. why?
i am using adobe since photoshop 7 back then.
please dont ruin my beloved suite software, will ya?
