Libraries created on the Adobe Color site do not properly sync to Creative Cloud desktop

Using Illustrator 2026 (30.1)

MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro chip) running Tahoe 26.2

After creating a new library on the Adobe Color website, the only way I can get it to sync with Creative Cloud desktop (and therefore any of my applications) is to sign out of Creative Cloud and then sign back in.

I cannot see the library added from Adobe Color in the Creative Cloud desktop or Photoshop either, that is unless I sign out and sign back in.
