why? is the problem resolved?  if so, what was done?

contact adobe support via chat.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

Habe sie auf C ...Hab auch versucht die das Ziel auf ein anderes Laufwerk zu geben bzw. anderer Ort...hilft auch nichts

Danke - soweit war ich in der Lage  auch drauf zu kommen. Leider weiß ich nicht wie ich dieses Problem behebe, ich habe Lightroom bereits deinstalliert bzw die Datein mit Revo Uninstall Pro entfernt von der C Platte....aber es geht trotzdem nicht, das Fehlerprotokloll lässt sich auch nicht öffnen
