My files are endlessly syncing. A few have resolved as merge conflicts. I think something happened when creative cloud sync app was discontinued. How do I resolve this?

This is using Adobe Fresco on an iPad pro 13inch (M4). My files weren’t syncing because my creative cloud storage was full. I cleared out my files, and the app started syncing again. Some files synced successfully. Many others are stuck with the syncing icon on. I can’t delete them or move them. Some have shown merge conflict errors and renamed the files. When that happens I can at least back up the file and delete it. But the others seem to be stuck in sync mode. I’m worried if I uninstall the app I’ll lose these files. What steps can I take to fix this?

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Hi @kglad this is entirely on my iPad. I don’t have the creative cloud desktop app installed anywhere. And they discontinued the creative cloud mobile app. I did have that and deleted it, and it’s no longer on the app store.

I’ll try installing the creative cloud desktop app on my laptop to see if it has more information. The adobe website doesn’t offer much info on syncing from what I can tell.

open one of your ipad adobe apps and sign out.

shut down your ipad and then restart it and sign into one of your ipad apps.
