Пишет ошибку, чтобы проверила подключение к интернету. Интернет работает стабильно,  уже переустановила приложение. Что нужно сделать?

or better, if using a firewall, whitelist adobe's endpoints - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

If you can please answer @jane-e's question, we can give you a specific answer for the application you are using.

 

If you are using windows, the most frequent problem that stops AI in Adobe apps from working is the Windows firewall blocking traffic. If you are using windows, try resetting the firewall to the default configuration.
