Payments being taken from bank account for creative cloud subscription but my account wont recognize
My bank is getting charged every month for my creative cloud subscription yet my adobe account shows zero billing history or that I have a creative cloud plan. I have zero access to apps I once did and it is asking for me to purchase them or begin a free trial instead. I still recieve emails to my account and get charged and haven't had access to what I am paying for in 2 months now.
