I cannot get photohop to open on both my and my wife's computer. We have the entire Creative Cloud and this is the only app I cannot get to open. I have tried all the fixes they have suggested and even downloaded a repair version of Windows 11. Please advise?

i don't know your computer's specs, but the more you post without addressing the issue, the more it appears that you haven't checked.  ie, having a feeling about your computer isn't sufficient to confirm the problem.

Well, I have the most up to date drivers in my windows 11 op sys, which I reinstalled on my HP Pavilion, so you're telling me I have to get a new laptop, because my Pavilion out-dated?

do you have any evidence to support that conclusion? eg, an earlier version triggered that error while a later one did not.

It is a bug, I instaled several previous version and always same issue.

no, not a bug. later versions require increased specs.

I went back to an earlier version and it is working now. Must be a bug with the newest version.

1.  it's a violation of your subscription to share it with anyone (even a spouse).

2.  that computer fails to meet specs, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

I had Adobe Cloud on this same laptop, HP Pavilion with a subscription that ended 12/31/2023 and had no issues with any of the apps. I have a new Adobe Cloud subscription, on the same computer with all drivers updated to the most current drives, and now it is not compatible. Is there anything else I can do to make Photoshop work?
