Please Disable "This Adobe site doesn't match your location" on Adobe.com websites

The reason I am cross posting here is to make SOME attempt to get Adobe to acknowledge this problem as a bug. 

It Is clearly a bug, given that nothing we do makes it go away, nor can we set our region in any way that sticks.

The previous posting was put under Ideas, which may mean it doesn't get seen much. 

@Kevin-Monahan  Kevin, I apologise for pinging you directly, and I doubly apologise if this area is nothing to do with you. But the complete lack of traction for the above problem is very frustrating. Its been there for at least a year, probably more. 

I only ping you Kevin, because you have been responsive in other areas, and I'm hoping that even if this isn't your bailiwick, you may be able to poke someone in the web team.
