Plus 24h pour installer une app avec Creative Cloud !

Depuis quelques jours je constate que l’application Creative Cloud empêche d’installer dans un temps raisonnable les apps. plus de 24h !!!!!!!

Dois je désinstaller et reinstaller Creative cloud ?

    first, try resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    Ok thanks. 

    It seems to be working fine.

    But I lost the PS Beta installation in progress.

    How can I do it again
