Premiere, Photoshop and others apps don't update

I have Adobe Cloud installed on my PC (Windows 10) and notebook (Asus Rog with Windows 11) and since Adobe launched last version od Premiere id soes not update, even running for hours. Today, I tried update all apps updates on PC, and none (Premiere, Photoshop...) updated. 

I have more than 500 GB free in HDs.

    Try resetting the CC App.

    To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
