Premiere will not update to 26.0.1

I cannot use CC to update Premiere despite all other apps updating with no problem. It keeps shooting me an error code that I have no disk space, but I have over 100gb. Every other app will update except for PP. I chose to migrate settings but keep PP25 if that matters.

    I've tried to log in/out, restart computer etc. 1 reply 7 views  Translate  When I try to update Premiere it keeps failing over and over again, I’ve tried to sign in/out, restart computer several times but it doesn’t work. What can I do to make the update happen?

    Hi, I've had a new computer at work, and on my old one I had already updated to Premiere 26.0.1. On the new computer, they installed Creative Cloud, but I can only install up to Premiere Pro 25.6.3. When I try to update, it says I'm already up to date. As a result, projects created with version 26 won't open in the Premiere Pro 25.6.3 version that Creative Cloud installed because it says they were created in a later version and can't be opened.

    @safedi1971,

    What do you see under Premiere “other versions”?

    Does your new computer meet theminimum standards?

    Any one knows what’s been fixed in 26.0.1?

    I was looking for this as well. I think they did the update before creating a page about the update. Or perhaps the update is to small, I have no clue.

    Sorry mods, posted in the wrong forum. You can move this to the CC desktop app forum.

    Maybe try restarting and make sure that Premiere isn’t open and try to update from the Creative Cloud app

    Do you have more than one drive?

    What size are the drive(s)?

    Several drives. All have over 200gb available. Most have 4-20tb available.
