크리에이티브클라우드를 이용하려던 게 아닌데 잘못 결재되었고 거의 사용하지도 않았습니다. 그러다가 시간이 지나서 이제 어도비 이 프로그램 필요 없을 것 같아서 플랜 취소했는데 돈이 더 나갔습니다. 저 정말 많이 궁핍한 대학생인데 돈 정말 없어요.. 휴대폰 요금 낼 돈도 없고, 월세 낼 돈도 없어서 환불 꼭 제발 해주셔야 합니다. 도와주세요

I didn't mean to use Creative Cloud, but it was paid incorrectly and I barely used it. Then, as time passed, I canceled the plan because I thought I wouldn't need the Adobe program anymore, but it cost more. I'm a really needy college student, and I really don't have money. I don't have money to pay for my cell phone, I don't have money to pay monthly rent, so I really need to refund it. Please help me
