Reinstalling Creative Cloud Desktop with every computer restart?

After Creative Cloud updated to the latest version, I have had to 'repair' the app and even then it doesn't always work. This happens each time I turn my laptop and desktop on. Even when it's in sleep mode and I use it, I have to repair the app. 

If it was happening once in a while I wouldn't be upset but each time I turn on my computer? And sometimes while I am working. As I am typing this, the repair box came up again.

Why is this happening and what do I do to fix this.

Windows 10, Current version of CC.

Hi @SylCisneros,

We would need Creative cloud log files to investigate this issue. Could you restart your machine again and once the repair dialog comes up, kindly run the log collector tool and share the file name with us.

I use Kaspersky. It never did this before the update to the current version.

something (usually av) is corrupting you cc app when you restart.
