Actually, there are two bugs.

1 - After using Illustrator for a while, right-clicking to activate it no longer allows access to the options menu that should open. This is resolved by completely closing the application and reopening it, but it's very annoying. Several updates have been released throughout the year, and this has never been fixed.

2 - When you hover your mouse over a tool, it displays a window with an animation explaining its use. Sometimes this window gets stuck there showing an animation, even when I'm working with another tool on an artboard; it only disappears if I move the mouse back over it.
