"Sorry, this Cloud Document is currently unavailable." Error

Has anyone ever seen this error? I don't know what it means (beyond the obvious) or how to resolve it. Currently trying to figure it out with support but thought I would ask the community as well.

yes, this common.

 

it can be a cc desktop issue (reset the app, restart your computer ) and it can be on adobe's end.
