Unable to uninstall when update available.

for others:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Postmortum Update:

I had to uncheck auto updates every time it started, and actually have it update THREE consecutive times before it stopped forcing me to do that. Except I then found out there wasnt actually even an uninstall option, it was just launching normal creative cloud when i clicked uninstall in add remove programs.

Well it wanted me to uninstall photoshop first, so fine I already tried that [cursing removed] from add remove programs except doing that does LITERALLY NOTHING because adobe wants creative cloud to be your OS and actually just lies to windows about having an uninstaller. Hope this clears things up but, uninstalling one application should never require uninstalling another, and then requiring you to first update A you want to uninstall, just to uninstall B because uninstall B actually doesnt do so it LAUNCHES A.

Guess what after i got photoshop uninstalled it gave the SAME ERROR that i have some cloud app depending on cloud.

Then i found that adobe themselves have made a tool you can download from this site, just for the EXPRESS purpose of uninstalling cloud. HERE IS AN IDEA GUYS: Make that tool the windows uninstaller?

update, then uninstall.
