We cannot use the plugin even if our account is not a Business/School or University account.
We couldn't clarify the previous situation. No one properly dealt with it, and in the end, they said that since ours is a student account, we should contact the institution. But we're not affiliated with any institution!
Now, how many account types do you have?
Individuals - Business - Student/Teacher - School & University
- Individual: $69,
- Student/Teacher: $24 instead of $69 (discounted price).
Aren't both of these individual accounts? Both independent of institutions.

The other two are:
- Business: We can get this for our business, or if we work in a business, they define an account for us.
- School & University: For this, we need to apply to our school to open an account.

Okay, now let's get to the main problem.
This is the source of our problem, and I kindly request that you read this carefully. I wanted to explain this point by point because there's a lot of unnecessary information. Everything has been tried in this regard, and there are many people experiencing the same problem as me.
Continuing;
Adobe officials say that your account is a student account. Okay, but it's an individual student account. When you impose software restrictions on the system, you restrict all STUDENT/TEACHER accounts.
Look, even when selling, you say the individual account costs $69, but if you're a student, you can get it for a year at a discount instead of $69. So, they're both essentially the same account. We use CreativeCloud completely, "I don't know what else you might accidentally block in the future."
However, you block us when we want to use plugins. For example, even though the plugins section in CreativeCloud doesn't work, we could download plugins from this address: "https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/browse/cc?product=All&listingType=plugins&sort=MOST_RECENT". But today I logged in and we're blocked there too.
Look, I'm saying it again, we don't have a Business or University account, we have an individual account. The fact that we got it with a student discount shouldn't make a difference, and it's not written in the contracts.
You're probably blocking all student accounts to prevent university student accounts from using plugins on school computers.
I REPEAT, THERE IS NO INSTITUTIONAL CONNECTION. The university didn't give me this; I benefited from the discount because I'm a university student.
If these kinds of absurdities are going to happen, I won't renew next year either.
Why am I shouting this out loud? Because you're making a mistake. Whether you download the plugin from the store or not isn't that important.
I can use plugins on my personal account by downloading them as executables and paying for them. If you block those too, then I'll completely sever ties with you.
But the reason I'm explaining this here is that if you don't correct this line of code while making this mistake, in the future, when you say that institutions shouldn't use certain AI tools or universities shouldn't use certain ones, you'll include teachers and students using personal accounts in this blocking as well.
So, I don't want the admin team to see this and review it, not the ones constantly copy-pasting answers. I'm also a programmer, and I hope you've made a mistake in good faith by adding restrictions to a contract that requires a complete account. Otherwise, this will unfortunately become a huge scandal.
