The online version keeps telling me that I'm out of disk space. I'm not sure why, when  I'm on the web version. What space could i be out of with my first time using the beta?

    Hi @stelfair,

Thank you for sharing the requested information. I checked your account, and it looks like you have two profiles. The one is Personal, and the other is Business/ Company. Would you mind checking if you're logged into the correct profile?

For Photoshop, please reach out to the Photoshop community.

The Generative features are exclusive to the desktop version. You need to update to version 28.0 to access the features.

Let us know if that helps. We'll be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks,

    Harshika

I am currently using Google Chrome, version 117.0.5938.149 (Official Build) (x86_64). I am using a Macbook Pro 16-inch 2019, 8-core, 2.4ghz, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8gb graphics card, 32GB Memory. I am running Ventura 13.4.1 OS.

I currently have 269GB of available space on my Macintosh HD drive.

The link that I am using is https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/illustrator?locale=en&trackingid=G4FRYP8K&mv=in-product&mv2=cc
When I try to open it in Safari, it says that it’s supported in Safari yet.

It’s currently staying open, but the online photoshop is not. I’m not seeing the generative features in illustration as shown today in the Opening session.
