Yes, everything is up to date. During that period, since the "bug" was introduced there were several different driver, lightroom updates and other changes in the system including whole system change to windows 10 (with clean driver installs etc.) nothing helped..

Ok. Just to confirm, is your video driver up-to-date? Determine what video card you have and go *directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD)* and download the latest driver.

Just doing Windows Update won't give you the latest and greatest drivers. You must go directly to your card manufacturers website to check for driver updates.

I've just updated to windows 10 but this issue was present for several months while I was on windows 7
I use most recent build of Lightroom CC. As i mentioned before this issue was introduced few versions back. (around 6 months ago is my guess)

I have been using the LR6 trial version for over 2 weeks flawlessly, which was updated automatically during that period to the latest version. I am having L-Y-Y issue as above. Resolves as below but obviously this issue has NOT been sorted in the latest update.

Alexander, I think this is a different problem you are seeing. This thread is about the Crop tool. I can duplicate what you are seeing and have filed a bug.
