P: Compare View on 2nd Monitor shows no image on Zoom.

After LR Classic 13.0 and update 13.0.1 Lightroom is behaving weird on my second monitor.
Before I could use the compare mode on the second monitor when in the develop module on the first without any issues.
Could zoom in and out on the comparisons.
After the update this behaves odd.

Sometimes it will zoom in and out as before but most of the time it doesn't and one of the selected pics for comparison won't even show (just black) or sometimes even zooms in at a different percentage compared to the other. This only occurs when in the Develop module.

Switching from Compare to Loupe on the second monitor sometimes won't work either - display goes black.

When I switch to the Library module on the first screen there's no issue.

I've got a very robust Windows system with 32 GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB of RAM which before (v 12.5) just did the job without any trouble.

Seems like Adobe rushed to do this update but forgot to test it thouroughly.

That was me until today, AMD driver update to 23.11.1 and zoom is finally working both library and Develop, still something weird its getting pixely when Zooming even with raw images from my D810, I did have to turn off limiting the video cache size with checkbox.

Doh, it worked for 2 days and now is happening again. I can't see that anything changed. I've got nvidia, is there anyone having the problem who is NOT using an nvidia card?

Bummer the driver update didn't work for others. Mine is still working fine. It had not worked for weeks so I think it had to have something to do with that, but I also just recalled that I took and adobe camera update the same day so make sure you have the latest camera update in case that is it. My photos are sony RAW if that matters.

Same problem here with version 13.

Asus ProArt notebook / Dual Monitor

Dual GPU configuration (Intel HD630+NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060).

Latest version of the Nvidia Drivers.

If i disable, in LightRoom, the GeForce, the bug disapears.

Hi,

Just updated my NVidia 1050 TI driver as you sugested

Problem remains the same.  Zoom works in Import but not in Develop

So this is probably not conclusive, but I noticed there was a recent Nvidia driver update so I installed that. Didn't reboot. Opened lightroom and it wasn't fixed. Closed lightroom and opened again about an hour later, now is gone. I've opened and closed several times and can't reproduce. But why didn't it work right away? Maybe some part of the old driver had not yet exited. I have yet to reboot but that might be a more conclusive result if it works after upgrade and reboot. Others should try a video driver update and report back.

I have the same issue RTX 3080 Ti. Could be a video driver bug or a Lightroom issue, but would be good if Adobe would respond here. Clearly there are a lot of people with the problem.
