P: Image Degradation when zoom in Library module

Increasing image size from 100% to 200% results in blurred image in Library module.

Move to Develop module and image sharpens up.

Return to Develop module and the image stays sharp until you move the cursor in to the image area, at which point it returns to a blurred image.

Same image(s) in Lightroom Classic 9.4 remain sharp at 1:1,2:1 and larger.

I can duplicate this issue with Lr10 on a 2015 iMac 5k retina and macOS 10.15.7.  The image get pixelated with bad jaggies on the edges of sharp items.  I don't have 9.4 installed but don't remember it doing this.
