P: Library zoomed view shows wrong color

When zooming into an image in library mode, the color changes suddenly and differs from all the consistent colours shown in develop mode or library mode (fit image). I just updated to LR10.1 and appreciated other fixed bugs. I am using an external BenQ display calibrated to AdobeRGB profile using xrite. The images have Adobe profiles (AdobeVivid) applied.

After updating to LR v.11, I experience this problem. It is extremely frustrating, as I need my files in library mode and develop module to match print and upload views for clients and cross-site gallery consistency. I have already been on support for a week re: other issues with Adobe. And it is perplexing how Classic LR 11 receives attention -- deservedly so for the new masking + tools -- yet still exhibits intransigent display color discrepancies. There appears to be collective outcry for a year now, in multiple threads. I would like an update from Adobe support on addressing this issue promptly, as we have all been updated on the new, promoted 11 features. For example: how can I integrate a new luminosity mask function if I cannot now even see my colors accurately?

I am experiencing the same behaviour in full screen in the Library module.

Can confirm that the issue persists when in fullscreen mode in Library. I don't notice it anywhere else, but it's definitely still a problem there.

Running MacOS Big Sur 11.4, on an M1 Macbook Air.

@Rikk

Hi guys, this is still not fixed. I have been following this thread for a while now. I've just updated to Lightroom Classic v 10.3. and Camera Raw is v 13.3 and thought this issue would be fixed. When in the Library module, I click F for full screen and when I hit space bar or just zoom in once, the image loses colour. The vibrancy levels drop. When is this going to be fixed? I'm on a Macbook Pro Big Sur OS 11.4. See image samples.

I'm still experiencing this issue. I just updated to iOS 11.4 and Lightroom Classic version 10.2. I'm on a Macbook Pro 15". In library mode, I hit F and as soon as I zoom in, the colours are washed out. It's as if I'm going from a RGB to a CMYK image. Is there any fix?

@Dag Stuan and @arcterex, please add details of your issue with Full Screen Preview to this other bug report:

https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/lightroom-classic/lr-classic-103-color-rendering-off-in-library-mode-with-zoom/607bfa5cc9914b71482faf6d

The thread here is about a bug with Library Loupe view and was fixed in 10.2, and the thread is marked "Solved", so your somewhat different symptoms are likely to get buried and overlooked here.
