P: Panels and filmstrip black when switching to Develop

Not sure if this is the right place for a bug report, if not could anyone direct me to the right place please.

Clicking develop module at top right from the Library module opens the photo with film strip and both side bars black empty spaces. Initial few times I had to quit and restart Lightroom but then discovered switching to grid view again and develop keyboard short cut, everything comes back.

I have been having all the same problems described by many LR CC users here.  They seem to be fixed with the most recent OS update to 10.12.3.  I keep waiting for the panels to black out when I switch modes, but so far today it has not happened :)!

I'm getting very frustrated with Lightroom problems - poor performance, disappearing panels and now for the last 3 days problems importing and viewing video files. I can view/play a video file 2 or 3 times and then LR stops displaying or playing video files. The only way I can get recover from this problem is close LR and restart my iMac. All my software, macOS & it's components, LR CC 2015.8, Adobe Premiere Elements etc are uptodate & at current levels. When I pay a monthly subscription fee I expect better results than I'm seeing from Adobe lately.

This is insane. I'm finding other little glitches in my Lightroom CC on my iMac 27". I can't believe Adobe hasn't addressed these issues by now. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Sometimes it helps to push the D (Develop), or G (Grid) button to get back the normal panels.

Clearly many of us are having this problem. I am just adding some info here...when first experiencing the problem I thought perhaps it was due to my older computer even though I keep it up to date. But I also teach and have now experienced the same problem when teaching on brand new Apple computers. So I know it is not specific to an old or new computer. Quitting and opening again worked but my students also discovered just minimizing and bringing it back from the dock also refreshed the window. Also I discovered when quitting, after the main window with blank panels closes and I get the back up inquiry window the missing panels are seen without the middle content. See attached screen shot.
Dear Adobe, please fix this soon!

Happens all the time with me - several times a day. Sierra 10.12.2, MBP,  Lr CC 2015.8. I have to restart Lr in order to restore panels. cmgap

They also seem to have a major code-writing issue if such fundamental bugs are present in the first place. I suggest that Adobe return to the practice of issuing release candidates of new versions so that they can be trialled and problems identified before general release. This worked well in the past.
