P: Shortcuts for Map's Show Filter Bar don't work in DE and FR

Oops, I originally tested with a US English keyboard, not the languages’ corresponding keyboards. The shortcuts work with the corresponding language keyboards, so I think you can close this bug.

But note that on Mac, the German shortcut works with a US English keyboard, but the French shortcut doesn’t -- go figure.

I think it’s a bug that in general, LR shortcuts appear to be defined in terms of keyboard hardware scan codes rather than virtual-key codes, but I realize that the team will likely consider that behavior as-designed.

An update from the LR loc team: our testing has not reproduced the issue.  We continue to investigate.
