P: Touch Workspace appears broke (thumbnails missing)

Found this thread in the U2U forum, and can confirm it is not working for me either. The OP of that thread is using a Surface, while I'm on a Wacom MobileStudio Pro, so I don't think it is a driver issue. Here's what happens:

- starting in Grid view with a few thumbnails showing in a folder, and one photo selected

- tap the Touch icon

- the view switches to Develop, and all thumbnails vanish

- pressing the G key switches back to Grid view, and thumbnails appear in the main area, but Filmstrip is empty

- changing sources via the Folders panel never populates the Filmstrip, though the main area loads with thumbnails

- restarting Lr is the only way to get it back to normal

This is not a function I use, but I did use it once on 7.2 and it did work. Just wanting to bring it to the team's attention.

I am able to do that. Try this:

- tap the Edit button (not presets)
- tap Global Adjustments, selectTone Curve
- Tone Curve appears on screen
- tap and drag within tone curve on screen

Tina, can you share some about your system specs, double-check you'd updated to 7.5, and explain exactly what it is doing (not doing)?

For example, I'm using it on a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro running Windows 10. Updated to 7.5, and going through the steps I wrote out in the first post above everything is working for me. What happens when you follow those steps?

Working for me now too. Though one thing that seems to be missing is the ability to manipulate the curve by touching the curve itself. You can now only use sliders to change the various aspects of the curve.

I remember being able to drag points in the curve in the previous version of the touch friendly interface. Am I imagining that feature?

Lightroom Classic CC 7.5 was released today and should address this issue.  If you don’t see the update in your Creative Cloud App, hit the [Ctrl/Cmd]+ [Alt/Opt]+[R] to force a refresh.

Give the new version a try and let us know if it solves the issue.

I'm looking at the case and it looks like you were having trouble signing in. My guess is you were signed in with a different Adobe ID (email address) prior and/or you're looking at a different/new catalog than before. I'll ask someone to contact you directly.
