I have paid for the Adobe photo package, and in the last couple weeks I can no longer open my Lightroom Classic. I want it fixed.

I paid for LIghtroom and use Lightroom Classic for all of my photo editing.  A couple of weeks ago suddenly Lightroom Classic wouldn’t open.  I tried restarting my computer, cleaning up extra pictures, etc.  I finally uninstalled Classic and reinstalled it.  My computer says it’s installed, but won’t open the program.  I need it fixed.
