I usually work on LRC via a proxy server and I can update without a problem. But when I am away I turn off the proxy setting in my brouser but I still can't get or even see the updates; can anyone help?

I am working with version 15.2. Usually I get updates through Adobe Creative Cloud but now that I am non working via the usual proxy server I cant get LRC updated although there is now v15.3

Is there something wrong with my settings?
