Question

@thomasparis20 Thank you for contacting us and helping answer @Sameer K ‘s questions.  The team has been able to reproduce this “in-house” and an issue report has been files for the developers to investigate.  Note: this occurs with iOS 27 and iOS 27

Hello @Sameer K

Thanks for your answer. Here are the elements you requested for :

iOS : 26.7.1

LR : v. 11.5.30 D6A8E4/256

I finally managed to reproduce the bug. Please check out the video.

  • long tap on icon to make the menu appear
  • tap on “Take a picture”
  • the application opens, but not in camera mode : it opens on the gallery, and despite I tap on the camera icon on the lower right corner, I cannot manage to switch to the camera screen. You can see that the green light is on, meaning that the camera is activated.

Please make me know if you need more elements.

Regards,

Thomas

Hey, @thomasparis20. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Please share more details, including the exact Lightroom version, screenshots, and video recordings of your Lightroom workflow. Also, check whether the issue occurs on the latest iOS.

Thanks!
Sameer K
