Lightroom Mobile premium functions are not functioning.

my subscription on Lightroom Premium cannot be used.

 

i have purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium, but then it says "account expired" and cannot be restore.

 

as i wanted to restore, it says "purchase restored" but nothing ever changed after that. it just the same. i still cannot use the premium one even i have already paid it. it happens last in 24hours.

 

it just ruin my day, my time and everything. hope that this issues will be done perfectly please.

    The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels. Check this page for help with managing your subscription to the Android Store: https://adobe.ly/4tdLUvT

    im not cancelling the subscription.. and payment have been made. but then it says "account expired".

     

    i have restart the phone and restore purchase since yesterday.. but nothing happened. it just stay the same. i cannot use the premium features. 

     

    payment are being deducted yesterday in the morning.  but until now, i still cannot use the premium features. if it really cancelling my subscription.. then could you please help me on not cancelling the subscription?  thankss

    Thanks for the update. I understand this can be frustrating. Like I said before, the plan is being managed by the respective store, Playstore in your case, just so you know.

    Please reach out to Play Store support to understand what triggered the cancellation and how to resolve it.
