Mask sliders not automatically resetting

Since the recent update, I’m having a lot of issues with masks. When I create a new mask (example a linear gradient mask) some of the sliders have already been adjusted. I have the ‘Reset sliders automatically’ box checked. Additionally, sometimes I am adjusting the sliders for a mask and the change is not being applied to the image (like if I change the exposure slider the selected area does not get brighter/darker). Finally, if I right click on a mask » Delete » nothing happens and the mask isn’t deleted. Is this a known issue? Any tips on how to resolve this please?

I am using Lightroom version 9.4 and Windows 11.
