P: (Android): Noise reduction isn't applied to exported images

If you export images at a lower resolution around 1400px long edge or below, noise reduction is not applied to exported images.The bug never occurs if the images are exported using the setting "export larges resolution possible".

I am using a Samsung GalaxyS8 (Exynos Version) with Android 9
Lightroom Version is 5.4 (Noticed bug on 5.2 for the first time)

    I was wrong. Bug is included in V6.0 too.

    Still doesnt work on lightroom v. 6.0 with setting "export largets resolution possible".

    After updating to version 6.0 it seems to be fixed. Will do some more testing in the next days.
