P: Cannot Filter Photos Inside Stacks

  1. Open a photo that is in a stack in Detail.
  2. The filmstrip with all the photos in the stack displays below (without flags or ratings...grrr.)
  3. Try to filter the images in the stack by flag or rating and you get nothing.

Updated to v.1.5.

Still not working like I anticipated.
  1. I open a stack which changes the film strip and shows me all the images inside that stack. Great.
  2. Not so great: The thumbnails inside the stack don't show star ratings or flags. This should be a toggle feature for the power users that want it and for the consumers that don't.
  3. I go to filter inside / while the stack is open, and the filter shows me all the photos in the album matching the filter and not what's just inside the stack. i.e., I want to see all my picks / flagged photos inside the stack.
If you need me to do a screen recording, I can. I just don't have the time / I would prefer not to.

Lightroom CC 1.5 was released today and should address this issue.  If you don’t see the update in your Creative Cloud App, hit the [Ctrl/Cmd]+ [Alt/Opt]+[R] to force a refresh.

Give the new version a try and let us know if it solves the issue.
