P: Crash (9.0) - (11550499)
So it says Lightroom works on my device but it only loads in safe mode on windows 11 for me. It is allowed in my norton firewall and antivirus.
So I used the help in creative cloud where I went into the directory yes creative cloud, lightroom, lightroom classic and photoshop are all up to date as the AI asked me to check. They were and no it didn't work as the AI asked me. Yes, I opened Lightroom classic and photoshop fine but lightroom (cloud) still crashes when I open it. I rebooted and no that didnt work either.
So now I am at a loss as to what to do and I cannot seem to talk or email anyone.
