P: Crash on brush use (9090703)

Lightroom (cloud-based) on my laptop keeps crashing when trying to use the brush and healing tools. They worked fine up until a few weeks ago, now they crash as soon as i click either icon. I've re-installed the program, cleared the caches, but it's still happening. Help?

I think my problems started befire 23H2 as well - but they seem worse now since the upgrade... not entirely sure to be honest...

Lightroom 7.1.2 crashes just by hitting the healing icon on right toolbar. Never gets into function. this issue has pretty much existed for me through multiple versions of Lightroom. Submitted umpteenth crash report today 2/9/24.
