P: Desktop: Crashes when trying to edit photos

After updating to the latest version I cannot edit photos, Lightroom crashses but without crashreport. I'm running Windows 10.

    Can you please go to Help>System Info... and copy and paste the exact installed version number in your reply. 

    Also, in Windows, type "winver" and do the same with your installed Windows version?
