P: Desktop: Face recognition lost ability to tag a specific person

Hello. I am using face recognition since it was launched in CC, having really lots of people tagged and it works well now by itself. I upload a new photo and people are being tagged automatically. Except my wife. My wife is on the top when sorting people by count, meaning she is the most tagged person on my cloud (1666 pictures to date). Yet it cannot recognize her anymore. Whatever i upload, picture from a daily life or super sharp and detailed front facing profile pic, it leaves her untagged.
To be clear, it recognises there is a person, but it does not match the name to it. Only my wife. I can upload group photo with 30 people and it tag everyone except of her despite the fact she has the most pictures already tagged to compare with.

As I wrote in original post, she is the most tagged person in my cloud. Now she is on 1768 pictures out of 11666 (at least where she is tagged).

My wife is still being missed from recognition, I have to tag her manually every time.

I created that album with only pictures of my wife. My son was recognized sometimes in the last set of uploaded picture, so maybe it was a glitch that is already gone.

Can you create an Album called "for Face Debug" and drag images from both persons not recognized into the album and let me know when you are finished?
