P: Export error on Android

Hi, Could you please share the device model and Android version of your phone?

I cannot export either and its v annoying as I have a business I use it for. Im on my android mobile? 

Also been having the problem of lightroom being unable to export images for weeks now, someone was looking into it and then radio silence no further contact or solutions.. I'm using a p30 pro. Have sent diagnostic data and using the latest android version.
