P: Installations from Mac App Store fail on some operations

I am unable to use the auto mask feature after the lastest October version 7.0 update. When trying to use an AI mask an error message comes up "Something went wrong - There was an unexpected error and your request could not be complete.". Under the masking panel, LR also does not recognize any human subjects.

I am on MacOS 14.0 and have tried reinstalling LR. Is this a known bug currently or something wrong with my system/installation?

I am using a Macbook, after updating I am no longer able to use any of the premium presets. Such as, whiten teeth or smooth hair. Apaptive sky, portraits etc. States cannot be found. I try to update AI settings, but then says cannot be recomputed. I hit update, and then states theres an unexpected error.

Uninstall abd re-install from Mac Store to  LR 7.0.1 resolved my issue thank you!  Why then was LR listed as "Up to Date" in Creative Cloud?  and only running version 7.0?  This should be pushed via auto update etc.  Just saying.  Thanks.

As of this week I am now getting the Unsupported Photo error when attempting to use the Denoise feature in LR.

I have the lateset version and Fuji RAW files (Camera is a Fuji XT-5).

MAC OS Ventura 13.4.1

LR Version 7.0

This feature was working wthout any issues last time I did any work in LR (about 3 weeks ago).

Please advise.

Thanks

Hold down both keys and then click the App's icon. Do not lift the keys until your dialog appears.

The other way around, hold down on those keys then  click on the app.

Yes, Its lightroom cloud, not lightroom classic, not sure if thats messing with anyhting. I clicked the app and then held down option and shift, and nothing happened. I dont know what step three means, im guessing something was supposed to pop up, but it didn't. I quit and tried about six times lol

You're continually holding down Opt+Shift, then launching Lightroom as you hold those buttons down?
