P: (iOS): Video Editing Errors 20190613a (Save Preset) & 20190613b (Copy/Paste Settings)

I am experiencing a persistent failure when editing video files in the Lightroom mobile app. While the app functions correctly for photo editing, it triggers two distinct error codes that block critical "write" actions for video metadata, effectively disabling cross-clip editing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any video clip in the Lightroom mobile app.
  2. Apply any adjustment (e.g., Light, Color, or Effects).
  3. To trigger 20190613a: Attempt to select "Create Preset" from the menu.
  4. To trigger 20190613b: Attempt to select "Copy Settings" from the menu.

Observations

  • Error 20190613a: Specific to the failure of saving or creating a new preset from a video.
  • Error 20190613b: Specific to the failure of copying and pasting settings between video clips.
  • Isolated to Video: Both of these actions work perfectly fine on photo files(JPEG/RAW) within the same app session.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted

  • Full Reinstallation: Deleted the app and downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store.
  • Cache Purge: Cleared local storage and app cache.
  • Account Isolation: Logged in with a completely different Adobe ID (new email/free trial); the errors persisted, indicating a device or system-level conflict rather than an account issue.
  • License Verification: Confirmed active paid subscription and used the "Restore Purchase" feature.

System Specs

  • Device:

    iPhone 15 Pro

  • Operating System: iOS 26.3 (23D127)
  • Lightroom App Version: 11.2.1

Actual Result

The app triggers the 20190613a/b error messages, preventing any settings from being saved or transferred for video.

Expected Result

The app should allow presets to be created from video adjustments and settings to be copied/pasted between video clips, matching the functionality available for photos.

Lightroom mobile (iOS) has released version 11.2.2 to the App Store. It contains an update for this issue.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Lightroom on my iPhone for a while, but recently I started running into a problem when trying to copy settings from a previous photo or video and apply them to a new video.

Every time I try to paste the settings, I get the error code: #20190613b.

I already tried freeing up storage on my phone, but I still have plenty of space available, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Has anyone experienced this error before or knows what might be causing it? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Experiencing the same. Tried the same things you have - hoping I don’t have to dual monitor with my phone, but willing to bet that’s how to solve.

Same! This is so frustrating! I just posted a bug report and a questions with extensive details regarding this issue.

I’ve also cancelled my subscription as this app is no longer usable without this feature working! Hopefully they fix it asap as I will also plan to dispute the charge with Apple and advise I want a refund as I’m unable to use the app features for which I’ve paid for.

Is there a workaround for the following issue I’m experiencing?

I am encountering a dual-error bug specifically when editing video files on Lightroom for iOS. While photo editing works perfectly, video editing is restricted by two specific error codes that prevent any settings from being saved or moved.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Open any video clip in the Lightroom mobile app.
    2. Apply edits (Light, Color, etc.).
    3. To trigger 20190613a: Attempt to "Create Preset" from the menu.
    4. To trigger 20190613b: Attempt to "Copy Settings" from the menu.

    Observations

    • Error 20190613a: Occurs specifically when attempting to Save/Create a New Presetfrom a video.
    • Error 20190613b: Occurs specifically when attempting to Copy and Paste Settingsbetween clips.
    • Photo functionality: Both actions work perfectly fine on photo files; the issue is strictly isolated to the video engine.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted (Persistent Across Accounts)

I have performed extensive troubleshooting to rule out local or account-level corruption:

    • Full Reinstall: Deleted and re-downloaded the app from the App Store.
    • Cache Purge: Cleared local storage and cache within app settings.
    • Account Isolation: Created a completely new Adobe ID with a fresh trial; the errors persisted on this device regardless of which account was logged in.
    • License Check: Confirmed active paid subscription and used "Restore Purchase."

    Actual Result

The app blocks all "write" actions for video metadata, making it impossible to sync a "look" across multiple clips.

    Expected Result

The app should allow copying settings from a video and saving presets based on video adjustments, just as it does for photos.
